Losing weight is tough than I thought

With lots of hard work I was able to lose 1 kg of weight within three to four weeks. I thought I would be able to lose more. This time I was on diet and did not push myself lot for exercise.

It is really hard because even if you lose weight, and if by chancce if you eat anything sweet or chips you gain the weight again.

Yes, it's hard so I didn't push myself to get rid my belly. I'm just too lazy.

You need to combine the diet with the exercise, without exercise the diet will not work a lot and only exercising without dieting makes it's not enough to lose weight. You should see a doctor and ask for a personalized diet.

I will start walking and the problem is that I am having lots of work recently, which provides me less time.

I have high metabolism rate. Even if i eat a lot, i am still skinny :/

@ajithlal metabolism rate can be increased too if one wakes up early and eats a healthy breakfast

i totally understand where you are at. I have the same issues with loosing weight. We try ...we see no results....we get discouraged and ...we quit. Its hard.

Wel , After all it game of our mind ,mind react & process what we thought or what we input in our mind ,once you determined that you want loos weight then it doesn't matter of exercise & diet........all required things perform automatically.ALL IS WELL
