How Has Yoga Changed Your Life?

I am thinking about starting to do Yoga. I am a very anxious person that gets stressed out pretty quickly. I think Yoga would be a great way to calm myself down and stay centered. Are there any Yoga people out there? If so, how has it changed your life? How long until you feel the effect it has on your mind & body?

It helps with breathing which is really good part about yoga.

I've tried yoga in the past, but it ended up making me too sore to continue. I even used a Yoga program meant for people with MS, and the only part of the DVD that I enjoyed was when the guy said to find a comfortable position, so I just decided to relax haha!

This is not an option of a or two days.Remember this is a continuous process. Yoga means a thing that not involves hard workout,if anythings seems hard means you naturally lost something out of your body. Yes definitely yoga helps you a lot,just what you need is concentration .So to make your mind and body clean,it starts from meditation. Please remember a thing when you start yoga and that is concentration in meditation.

Yes, yoga really works. It helps in gaining full control over our mind. Its refreshes us and makes us feel positive. I do Pranayam everyday and it really helps in relaxing our body and makes me active throughout the day

Doing yoga daily will relieve our stress. It has helped me a lot. I was always stressed,when I started doing yoga daily my stress released . I had also practice meditation.I feel when you do daily it will keep you relaxed the whole day.
