Went to the KC Comicon with my daughter, son-in-law and grandson. Not that many celebrities there but there were plenty of vendors, artist and authors to see and meet.
I bought matching Tardis t shirts for my other daughter and I. Yes, we are Who fans!
Saw a T shirt for the movie The Dark Backward and surprised the vendor I actually knew the movie. Once you see it, you can't forget it!
My daughter and son-in-law bought a bunch of comic books. A lot of stuff was neat but overpriced.

I think cons are the best way to get in shape, not only do you walk a lot, but by golly the sweat is terrible. I think the last con I went to I lost well over 5 pounds in 3 days. I hope you had fun! I miss going to cons.

I wish the better celebrities hadn't cancelled but it was okay and I'd do it again. I only went for one day. My daughter and son-in-law are going for the whole weekend.

@irishidid We were supposed to go to a convention for my birthday present but we did not have enough money to play around with so we canceled our hotel room and well good thing we did not buy the tickets

My son in law is a big comic book fan and I think he went to a Comicon once. Yes, it seems like a lot of walking at those places

That's the problem with conventions. The stuff is usually overpriced but sometimes you can find a bargain bin.

Yes, there were a few good deals. My daughter said they always come down in price on the last day.

My friend attended the same event. I love his photos at the Comicon.
