I remember my aunt suffering from cholesterol and her Doctor suggested to take medicines to control cholesterol. But she was not ready to take medicines as she always feels very tired for the dose that she takes. She took a firm decision and started walking for one hour everyday. Initially, she used to feel cramps and felt difficulty in walking but still did not leave her hope and routinely did this for a month. Believe me or not!!! Her cholesterol levels started to come down to normal. She still walks everyday and maintains her health.
Walking is the best exercise even to reduce overweight

Luckily your aunt is so intelligent, yes walking and simple exercises are a part of treatment and it can burn extra fats and cholestrol. Walking and exercises increase stemina and help a lot in fighting against harmful and dangerous diseases. Morning walk increases mental and physical power and keep you all day long fresh and happy.

I would like to call Walking as the king of exercises. One of the preliminary medication to prevent from any diseases and that is the reason why Doctor's suggests to do walking (at least a brisk walk).
