My white pant got blood stain washed it but still is not that white, any ingredient to clear the stain?

Soak in salt and COLD water. If you use hot, the protein in the blood will cook and fix the stain.

@MALUSE Bleach might restore the whiteness but not all fabrics are amenable to bleach.

May be you can soak it in Zonrox before washing with detergent. I am not sure though if you have that brand in your country.
