Nervous for my exam results

Iv done my GCSEs, which I surprising wasn't that nervous about especially because I was stressing really bad for the mock. It wasn't until a few days ago that I couldnt stop thinking about my results, and I can't seem to shake the nerves.. When people say "oh, you'll do fine! You'll get A and A*' so easily!" Or "But you're so clever! You don't even have to revise!" , it makes me feel even worse because its just not that easy, everyone has to work their butt off to get what they want, and it only adds to the pressure when everyone has certain expectations of you.
I know worrying won't change my results, but is there anything I can do that can help calm me down? Sorry for the rambling xD

To calm you down, don't think of it. It's done. Just keep yourself busy.
