French or Japanese?

hello friends. For the past two days i have been attending language orientation programmes.,first on French language and second on Japanese.i like both the languages,but i have to select one language to join the course.i am unable to decide which course should i join.can u help me to decide??

Choose both of them, I'm sure if i had money I wouldn't mind having five languages per year.

I'd go for french as it is more widely used.

I assume you only speak English right now. I think Japanese would be more beneficial then French as we do so much interaction and business with Japan.

I spent around 5 years learning Japanese and I liked it. Very cool language and culture. I guess it depends on which interests you more. Maybe also depends on where you live. Where I live there is not a big Japanese or Frech population so I wouldnt really be able to apply it.

Take the Japanese first and then the French or which ever you think will benefit you first ..

I think you live in India, right? I had a french teacher who taught me 3 years in school. And i just know one thing which he always said that for an Indian, French is really beneficial for the future.
