i was stressed out so i decided to walk it off ive never relised the benefits of walking!!! every person knows walking improves your health it increases cardiovascular and pulmonary (heart and lung) fitness. high chelestorol, muscular pain or stiffness, high blood pressure and many more but the thing i find walking does is clear the mind researchers found that taking a stroll atleast three times a week increases the brains memory hub scientist say that as little as a 35 minute walk three times a week can lower the age of your brain upto two years
so it looks like im walking every day !!!

I currently work in an office where I end up sitting for most of the day, only really get up to make a drink or go to the bathroom. Although I hit the gym in the evenings it does concern me just how little walking I actually do from 9 to 5. Perhaps I should try to take more walking breaks during my lunch hour.
