Which one do you prefer, Ghee or Oil?

I am totally confused that some article on the net reflect that Ghee is better but on the other hand reflect that Oil is best for health. But as for I concern from last 7 or 8 years I usually use oil. Which one do you prefer and which one do you use?

What is ghee? I think certain oils are definitely better for you such as olive oil or coconut oil. I would stay away from vegetable oil.

Last from 10 years I use SUNFLOWER OIL for cooking..Having good benefits for health like cardio vascular , Prevents Arthritis, Lowers Cholesterol:, Healthy Nervous System:,Skin Benefits ,control free radicals. :My family is totally free free from above problem.
