I Kind Of Expected His Reaction

Relative to my post below , I didn’t tell my husband right away after it happened because I kind of expected his reaction . And I was right . After relating to him all that happened , he told me “ why on the first place are you alighting there , when the bank where brother works is just less than a minute ride “ . He was annoyed . And I told him I already do that since that incident . And he laughingly told me “stupid” . To which , I retaliated by tickling his right side and he rolled down the bed laughing . Oh what a laugh we had . He would jokingly call me “stupid” when I am clumsy again and I would also, when he forgot something again . It’s our brutal , loving way and joke with each other which can make us laugh out loud , as always . What about your partner , what could be his reaction when you tell him that you also experienced what I did ?
Everyday during weekdays I would always go down a junction where I get a ride to the city proper to our office , while my brother-in-law drives to their...

I like your husband's way of joke when you relate him about that stranger when you alight, his such a carinoso type of person. I'm happy to both of you, keep it up the way you love and care to each other.

@ida123 You know , joking with each other helps a lot in making couples always like newly wed . It strengthens our ties .

if i did something stupid or bad like hit something with our car my hubby was loving enough to say "are you okay with it? are you alright? " never chastising me for things already done. yes we would laugh and he was very loving and understanding like that. sadly he passed away

He is caring and would not want anything bad to happen to you and especially looking at such a situation when a stranger just behaves like he knows more of you.

@DianneN Now i understand . Me, i chose to tell him since it is already solved so he don't have to worry anymore . Because if it is not solved yet , he might go with us and surely he will punch that guy .

@SIMPLYD I wouldn't want to worry him if there was no problem. He gets extremely worried or upset.

my lady, that is a very sweet carino brutal. i love the way you both share your concerns to each other, and take any probable problems lightly.

Yes, cariño brutal indeed , that's what it's called . And i think you have already read before that we would always tickle each other specially when he sees me laughing out loud because of a story he is telling me . And lately this "stupid" joke . He knows that i have handled it myself because i chose to tell him days after it happened . And he knows i would again ask him , why are you angry again so he joked that "stupid" to tell me he isn't .

I never tell my husband a problem i can solve by myself . When it is not solvable , then i let him know . Two heads is better than one . Once done , we can joke about it .

I have read your post and I know that my husband would have not joked about this. I think I would have told nothing to him, because he is very capable to go there and ask the guy what he wants and why he stalks me.

Yes . It should be accompanied with a wink and laughter . It lightens the situation . And in retaliation tickle the other for having called us that . Do you tickle your husband or vice versa ?

When we passed by yesterday , he was there again . As we passed the curb , his eyes was already focused on our car . I feel like hiding , but then what the heck he can't do anything anymore because we proceeded to the bank where my brother-in-law works . I was suppressing myself from chuckling because i saw brother-in-law looked at him with tiger eyes when i pointed him . I was thinking , he found him "papa-ble" , because he is good looking and neat , in fairness .

Correct , my friend . That's our way of teasing each other - saying "stupid" when a clumsy way is done and would tickle each other in retaliation of having been called that .

Haha! My husband is very protective of me and my daughters. But I am more the braver one who would be ready to position myself in a defensive mode when something like yours happens to me. :-)
