~Today Is The Start~

Even though we always did lessons here and there for Home Schooling over the Summer today is the actual first day of the school year for the kids. =) Today we will be working on Mysteryscience.com and we will be doing work in our Home Education Curriculum for reading/writing/spelling work. We are excited!
After I am done teaching the kids I will be back on here with all of you. For now, I have to get them started after they eat breakfast.
Hopefully today will be smooth sailing in every way. What will you be doing today?

So your a home schooler! I applaud you and congratulate you on this. It takes a very special person to teach children! How many children do you have? What are their ages?

@Butchcass4 Yes we Home School. =) My kids are 10, 8, 7 and the baby is 6 months old. We love it!

@Marilynda1225 Yes we do, we learned all of the subjects today in the 4 hours. Science, writing, vocab, reading, and math!

I'm happy to hear that you're home schooling your kids. I always told myself that I would home school if I had kids. I feel like it's the better choice.

Both my daughter and daughter in law home-school so they are like you and starting the school year a little early. My other grandchildren still have a few weeks before starting. Hope your first day goes smoothly
