Depends on the type of palms, there are Majhul palms and you can keep them dry.
There are yellow palms that we used to freeze and eat them frozen.
There are palms better kept cold in the refrigerator, so, What kind of palms are we talking about ?
For how long do you want to keep them ?
Maybe you can just freeze them in the freezer.
I think freezing can help up to 3 years.

@excellence7 Aww, man. I was talking about the sweet fruit.
Now I understand what he meant about the sweating thing. I thought he had meant sweeting with a mistake...
That was a miss understanding.
I thought he had a problem with the palms that are too wet and when he picks them, he gets his hands sticky, but, still, he wants to keep them for long time...What a total confusion.
