Last month I cashed out just a little over $5 from myLot.
I've decided to spend it immediately.
What can you get for $5 in Ireland?!
A moy park gourmet roast in the bag chicken!
After spending my last post debating the origin of chickens, I've decided it's a good time to roast one!
That was erm Saturday! I still got one more day before the chicken is completely gone.
So payment from myLot has fed me for 4 days! Wow lol
What would you do with your $5?

Reminds me o the commercial here where the boss has little bonus day and the employees show what they buy with their little bonuses. Then one says he got a month of something----I think it's a Direct TV commercial, but not really sure.
I just add what I earn to my paypal with anything else I earn and buy what I can when I can.

It is hard to find anything for $5 nowadays, as things just keep going up and up. I haven't made cashout here for a few months, but I should make it this month, hopefull, as I am just not coming in here all that much as I am busy doing other things like crocheting baby things for a a baby shower coming up this month. I am trying to come in here though when I take breaks so that I can interact with you all.

@Drosophila Yes I am, and I will be here from time to time taking care of the notifications, which are only just a few, but better than nothing, I gues. I need a little break from crocheting anyway, so I will interact for a bit before i go back to my crocheting.

I was not there last month, so I will have to wait at least next month or the month after for a roast chicken. Good, I have still a few kilos to lose.
I use my PayPal money online. What can I get for, let's say 5 Euros in France ? There is a chocolate maker which is selling good artisan ice-creams. They sell a two scoop ice-cream cone for 3 Euros. Indeed, they do not last 4 days, but they are very good. I guess that for the 4 days to go I would have to buy two kilos of cheap pastas with the 2 Euros left, but as I am not reasonable it will be more probably a coffee on the terrace of a café.

Haha well! If I was in France there'd be so much stuff I'd get for 4 days, I will do a tartiflette, that's not going to need €5.
Or a huge pot of French onion soup with baggette and a few eggs for soufflé and omelet.
Lots of options

@Drosophila Yeah every other day the movies cost over $10 here which is why I never go but they have discount $5 Tuesdays. That's the only time I'll go see a movie in the theater.

You did really well with you $5. A chicken is a great idea. I am actually having chicKen tonight. It is one of my favorite meals. When I make money online I usually just leave in it my PayPal until it adds up and then I will treat myself to something that I really want. I will cash the money out if I am short on cash that week. You can actually do quite well with $5 if you plan it out. If I wanted I could get loaf of bread, a dozen eggs and a pound of bacon for $5. That would be breakfast all week.

What I usually do with my online earnings is invest it on other earning sites or in business. With 5 dollars Ill save it first till I accumulated the amount I need for a new business venture

@Drosophila yepperz, i've yet to figure why the price 'f any meat 'tis so high. such'll only get worse when the u.s. starts shippin' 'ts chicken to china to be processed...'n then back here to be sold. my thinkin' 'd be there ought to be laws 'gainst such. i dunno how folks can afford to feed their families these days!

As I am still new on Mylot, I havn't reached yet my first $5. When the day comes, maybe I will wait a bit more before asking my rendom. The reason for waiting is that here on Canarian Islands you really can't do a lot with $5. It's more interesting when the amount is a bit more, so maybe I prefer to wait. Anyway, with the minimum amount you just can take one or two pints with a friend.
