I was collecting up coins over the summer to see how much I could earn. Well I filled my little piggy bank up last week and when I went to turn it in I had saved up $34 in change. I dumped it all in a bowl to take to the bank so I wouldn't have to take my piggy bank and end up breaking it. I just randomly decided to take a picture of the coins.

Given that each coin has an exact weight, at the bank they can tell you exactly how much you saved just by sorting coins on their categories and weighing them out.
Your experiment is really interesting, it proves that while we may overlook change as being insignificant, actually it may add up to more substantial amounts.

That's a great way to save money. Every coin counts.

Lots of shiny pennies. You can start filling the bank again.
