I would pay of my bills, buy a new car and buy a new house and after that, who knows?

Wouldn't that be wonderful. The first thing I'd do is set my home up as a rescue for homeless pets and the second thing I'd do is start helping the world wildlife fund to protect wildlife and wild habitat.
Of course I would use a small amount out of the million to buy a nice SUV so I could tour my country.

You say “won”. I'm assuming I did not win by gambling. Because I don't gamble.
First, I would write a will. Don't have a will right now because there is nothing I own that anybody would want to fight over after I die!
Would make sure that my children are allotted a certain portion, in equal amounts so they don't argue about me playing favorites. I would also make sure the congregation where I worship received a generous offering amount to continue the mission of the church. If my husband outlives me, he would the beneficiary and manager of whatever is left. If he does not outlive me, then the church would get the rest of the money.
Yep. Yep. I already thought this out. Not that I thought it would ever happen. But you never know!

First thing with the initial million I'd buy a house.
Not a massive place as I like living in a small space.
But I'd have an inside swimming pool.
Then I'd save a bit and give the rest to family.
With each years million I'd make sure family was ok then I expect I'd try to start a business.
Then from there I'd start looking to give it away to charities in my area.
