How many hours do you sleep? Do you think you get enough?

I sleep around 6 to 8 hours a day, but there is usually a 1 to 2 hours gap between the hours. This is because I usually wake up to go to the restroom then check my phone for a while before goin to sleep again.

9 hours. I sleep at 7 pm and wake up at 4 am.
Yes, more than enough to keep me productive here in the office.

I think that is also my sleeping hour, 5 to 6 hours, and I think I used to this now.

It really depends I usually get between 5 and 6 hours. Though I am always tired on the weekends and I end up sleeping a lot more.

6-7 and I don't think I'm having enough sleep. I always wish for an eight hour sleep every single night.

I sleep around the same as you do and usually feel ok. I notice that I need less sleep since I've become older.
