When you have nothing to say, what do you say?

I am sitting here staring at the field that wants me to start a discussion....and it's not that my mind is blank. Oh, no, I have all kinds of depression, frustration, and a headache rolling around in there. I just don't feel like I have something to say. So as I ramble about that nothing I am waiting to see if something bubbles to the top that I can snag and blather...there we go! I have a paint by numbers thing I got for Christmas. I might pull it out today and start working on it, a bit at a time. I don't have an easel though, and that seems a bit problematic, I need it propped up, somehow. I wonder how much easels cost. Not a lot of money to spend here, but I really need to start branching out past the pc, and get back into doing...well anything really. If I do start it, I will post up photos sooner or later. So, do you have a project or something you want to try or start, and for some reason can't step over the starting line? What's holding you back?

I have a coloring book and a plan to make some posters but I haven't got the colored markers or frames so I haven't done a thing.

@Tampa__girl7. I sold lots of my mothers puzzles at the yard sale before we moved. People really like jigsaw puzzles.

I miss doing those, I'd need a card table now to do them, and they are not as fun alone. Gram is quite the puzzler.

I have something I want to start... but am suffering from an attack of apathy... partly because there is a certain part that I can't figure out how to do... so Ive not started yet...as I do not want to get stuck halfway ... lol

Yes, I have a project begging me to finish. My final book Freedom's Cry is starting to yell at me. So I need to make time to work on it. What's stopping me? My myLot addiction.

@Jessicalynnt I used to do paint by number when I was a kid. I wouldn't mind doing it again, but when would I have time. Between myLot and my books, I don't know where I would find the time. I'm sure it will look fine when you're finished with it.

I've been praciticing my guitar every day. And I also have paint by numbers. I'm working on a pretty one now, it's a Victorian cottage with a garden in front. My sister gave it to me for Christmas. I usually just work on it on weekends. I'm sticking with it though, because it's going to be so pretty when it's done. I have to save my completed ones because I'm living in my folks' house and don't have much wall space in my room for paintings. Our old next door neighbor had a "sitting room" where she displayed all her paint by numbers. It isn't just fo rkids anymore, some of them are pretty intricate. Have fun!

I am doing my poem thing once a week, and the occasional good post on here. I did NANO last month, and while I beat it, I didn't really like what I wrote. So I prob won't do tons with that one. I kinda want to rework the previous years, see if I can't get it to a book though

@Jessicalynnt That sounds like a good thing. Anne is in a writing group and is working on a memoir about her time as a teacher in Turkey and Germany.

I have a lot. I guess the hardest part is to start. Once you are able to start, you'll get the hang and momentum of doing that thing.

Yes, I got a new aquarium for my fish (a bigger one)....and it just sat in the garage for a week. Here my 2 fish are really in need of a new tank because they've gotten so big, (2 Oscars/sometimes fight)...and the new, larger tank is just sitting in the garage with no water in it yet. I guess it was just so heavy....and nobody felt like helping me....but I finally got it in the house last night and then today I started filling it with the gravel and water. Seemed like it took forever, and it did....because so far I have the gravel in, the 2 big trees, and only 1/3 of the water. Then I just got too tired of walking to the sink and back, so I stopped. I may resume in a couple hrs. when people start waking up in the house. A loud, running sink in the middle of the night won't make me too popular here. I don't know what my problem is with this aquarium, though...usually I'm so excited to set up a new one. Maybe the time of year, too freaking hot to do anything. I wanna see your paint by numbers thing when it's finished....and I'll post a pic of my new aquarium. If it's ever finished.

I am in a strait betwixt two important job: to go full time in the Christian Ministry, or to go full time in my Business Expansion. I am praying on it and I know that it will be clear soon. I have nothing much to say but to wait for God's answer to my prayer. I know that somehow, like you, we can think of something to say when it happens.
