Assuming you are a parent?

Does this happen to you? I get mail for insurance for a child that doesn't exist. I get calls assuming I, a single person, is a family. And even a company I have used for years assumed I'm a parent! So how Am I suppose to take this? As peer Pressure to have a child I do not want? Or that No One knows me? Or should I take it as an insult and fight back. I chose the latter. I wrote the company saying I'm not a family I'm a person , take me off your mailing list. With the company I wrote and asked if I should leavve since I have no kids?! Your thoughts.

Companies do everything to market their products even if sometimes it's misleading,
