@xela_r24a Yes. And it makes me laugh afterwards. I really feel comfortable writing my sentiments whether it is sad, happy and angry.

After you wrote it down, are there cases where you open that notepad and read what you have written? :)

One method I use to combat stress is to say "I like myself" when you are feeling blue due to a conflict with a friend of foe. In my case I had to give up working for W G Ventures as a writer due to creative content with my characters that I created named Donna and Debi Moreno. The company wanted me to give them names Harobed and Idiel. Give me a break. I simply walked away from them.

Yes, simply walking away of those things that feel you stressed will do, why stay if they are giving you a hard time :)

@xela_r24a In my case it is called freedom to use my characters to educate kids about life not be the company's idiots.

My stress reliever is my boyfriend. I want to cuddle up to him when I have a problem and then everything just seems better. :)

It's okay. Just make sure they try their own boyfriends, not mine. LOL.

When I feel stressed, I let my best friend or my wife know about it and they will help me out of it. I think that letting it known to your trustworthy friends will help you reduce the stress. Or if I do not want to say anything about my stress, a walk or a ride along the riverbank outside my house or around the mountain helps me a lot, because when coming back from it, I feel much better.

Letting out our stress is the only key to reduce our stress, and it could be in any form, as what you said, talking to your trustworthy friends. Walking is a little new to me, so its like you are just thinking of good things?

My ultimate stress relievers are my dogs, I have 10 poodles and whenever I am stressed out, I'll just play with them to get rid of my stress. However, there are times when I cannot play with them right away so I'll just eat sweets like chocolate, ice cream, etc. That doesn't fail to relieve my stress.

I personally do physical exercise as a stress reliever. At times, I listen to motivational lessons. At some other time, I just need to take time to rest and wake up fresh, energized, renewed and ready to do battle. The best stress reliever is to meditate upon God's Word and pray. That's my personal way of de-stressing myself. I know that we are unique individuals and we have our own. Sometimes, when you put your stress reliever in a "person", you will be more stressed in the end, because that person is not perfect with his or her own failures. When your stress reliever fails, or broke your heart, then more stress is added to your stressed life.

These are great inputs @ValueAdder you were very right that everyone must have their own stress reliever. Sometimes it may be the same but most of the time it will vary.
