I like the saying that we don't appreciate what we have until it is gone. It can refer to anything when we talk about it.
It is quite true that many of us do not show much appreciation to what we have, but miss it a lot when it is gone.
How do you like it and how do you think of this saying?
Thanks a lot for sharing. Take care.

Well, I used to think that way, still do sometimes but now I'm more appreciative with what I have today as days gone by. I have so many terrible experience leading to that "saying"

I do think many times this is the case, we don't realize what we are Blessed with until the Blessing is no longer there.

I concur with that. Some people are busy looking for other things that will make them happy and ignoring the things that they currently have.

For a not so expressive person like me, you will only say Thank you or just smile whenever something happens. But deep inside you are really really very happy, you just dont know how to express it. Thats why when someone go, you wish you have done better in expressing yourself :)

It is very true. I think its important to be grateful for all we have, friends, family, the roof over our head....the important things.

This is who we are and sometimes its hard to accept the truth but we are like this, though not always.
