Self Complex!!

We use to tell about complex of other people, right? Like he/she have superiority complex or have inferiority complex. But what actually defines these parameters?
Do we need to know in what level we are?
I am looking forward with your thoughts and suggestions on this..

we have our own personalities and no need to say she is superior or he is inferior.to each his own, and this is my opinion

it's easy to point out a finger toward another person but don't forget by doing this you are turning 3fingers in your direction

i think somehow it is important to know what we are, but how we will cope up with it is a different thing.

it is a difficult thing -- I think everyone has little habits or quirks that aren't a complex. I think to be a complex it has to interfere with the person's life in a significant way/.
