Something ridiculous happened in track and field competition, the USA women’s relay team are running alone on the track. Because they dropped the baton last night and failed to go through the Group League, but afterwards they were given the chance to rerun as they successfully claimed they were obstructed by Brazilian team.
Well, I saw some instances that some victims offended by those players who broke the rules can have a chance to reach the final in Rio Olympics. Perhaps the IAAF wants to add some human nature concern to this fierce competition. I support this decision. But is it usual to see the USA team to run alone? No competitors, no interference, Congratulations! They knocked Chinese team out and win the promotion final.

I think it is unfair for the USA team to run alone. And in many matches, such as the indoor bicycle match, a Hong Kong player who fell down because another player hit her bike. She couldn't complete the game and she was wounded. What do you think? Perhaps this is the match and it is cruel to have this ending. This is the bad luck but it still happens. If this was not USA team, perhaps the treatment will be quite different.

I agree. Unfair competition has run counter to the Olympic spirit. IAAF has turned down our claims to rerun. Americans keep their pride anywhere anytime and there is always a green passage open to them. Rio Olympics sets this ridiculous precedent, I feel a little disappointed.

That is not fair, I don't know why they should run alone, how the hell would you know if you had won or not? I wouldn't even bother watching it.
