Yes I used to watch a lot of tutorials initially and now I am so good I have learnt most of the postures and do them everyday on my own.

Well that would be the simplest exercise.. alternate nose breathing, warrior pose, and suryanamaskar. These exercises changed my life.

I've considered trying out yoga. I have a yoga mat already. I may try it out tomorrow. :-)

@sakinasaifee18 but my schedule is very full in morning so I don't able to do it everyday or thrice in week.
I only free in morning on Saturday and Sunday.
In my college there is a also one yoga club where my all friends do it everyday but I don't like to do there because it is just like a time pass

You should try to do them atleast thrice a week or it won't really work.

I also do yoga because it puts myself at ease. Even though I am self thought, I am still trying to be flexible and strong so that I can do things that I see on youtube.
