What did you have for dinner?

I had leftover tacos for my dinner but ran out of cheese so I put some cheez whiz on it. I am just cooking up my lunch/dinner for tomorrow.
I have fried mushrooms and onions with a salt & pepper steaks. I am petsitting so I have to limit what I buy just so I don't have to lug it back home at the end of the weekend.

I only had some fresh cheese and broth as I had just had a cappuchino with a giant piece of cake.

@paigea I usually add sour cream, bacon bits, salt, pepper,and somtimes cheese. I love three cheese twice baked potatoes.

@ricki_911 I was at a staff party where they put out a bowl of baked potaoes and put out a whole counter full of different toppings. Jalapano peppers, shredded cheeses, sour cream, onions, salsa, chopped tomato, baked beans, etc. etc. etc.
That gave me the idea of a baked potato with a Greek salad type topping or Mexican topping, etc.
