Once there was a boy who was in university, studying Engineering. One day he got a Facebook message from a girl saying that she would love to meet him and get to know him better. The boy went to meet her and soon they became good friends and in no time, they became lovers. The boy went to see her whenever he could and they talked through the phone for hours. The boy noticed something soon. When she was talking for a long period, she had to stop talking and had to breath heavily. "I have a problem in my heart." The girl explained. And she also said that it can be completely cured by an operation and she only need a blood donator from the same blood group she had. Luckily for her, the boy had the same blood group. So he went to meet the girl's parents. They didn't like him at first but after some time they realized how much the boy loved their daughter. So they began to make plans for the operation. The only problem was that the girl had to sit for a very competitive exam soon and it will be held for two weeks. The girl worked so hard for that and she wanted pass it so she could learn to be a doctor in university. So the date for the operation was set after the exam. After the first day of the exam, the girl sent an SMS saing that the exam was very easy that they and she will stop talking to him until the exam was finished. So he waited for two weeks. At last, the exam was over. The boy texted the girl to come and meet him at their usual place. For his suprise, the girl's sister showed up. And she said "My sister got in the second day and she was taken to the hospital. But unfortunately we couldn't save her. We didn't told you because we know how much you love her and we couldn't find a way to say what happened." The boy is my best friend and the girl was his first love.
