Which web browser is the best and reliable?

Guys I must tell you that Internet Explorer sucks on Dial-up modem, therefore I use Mozilla Firefox because it is fast but is Mozilla secure.
Opera is also a fast web browser
Please give me suggestions as to which browser is the best?

I've been using Opra since 2000. The best ever, with many more features than any browser.
