I believe every little bit help to keep you and your heart healthy. You should get at least a 20 minute walk in a day. I use to go to yoga a few years back and I really enjoyed it. I am thinking of joining it again through the winter. It is a great way to get fit.

You can live without exercise but you can live better with exercise.In my opinion doing exercise daily is really good idea and yoga is just awesome. Start doing exercise and yoga regular. You will get fit very soon.
