They keep respawning rare Pokemon cause stampede and traffic!

I heard a news that they re spawn Snorlax in taiwan. and it was caught on the video! Many people are running just to get that Pokemon before it gone... Do you think Pokemon must do country ban?

i don't think it will do any good to anyone.. it will only cause accidents.. i never downloaded the app but if we could earn money from it..maybe i would try to download it..
