Rio Olympics came to a close amid celebration and patriotic fervour by the participating countries.
Athletes who could not leave their mark in this one will definitely try their level best to advance and improve their game,skills and stamina for Tokyo.Some of the most popular kinds of training areas are traditional weight lifting, plyometrics, and Olympic weightlifting.
For beginners also,there are many opportunities anf training programmes to help them practice and prepare them mentally and physically for Olympic level challenges.

But our in India, there is so much corruption that even the deserving players are not getting proper facilities. There is one player of India who run 42 km for India and there is no Indian facility for giving her water. Did you think that in Tokyo you get better results if this situation occurs.

I so admire these athletes. I was never into sports myself, but the discipline it takes to get to that level is so impressive. Good luck to every single one in 2020.
