Uptown entertainment

I have my window opened at work and they have a Blues band playing out in the courtyard across from here. It is great entertainment. The band sounds great. They had it going on all summer with different entertainers each day but this band is the best I have heard yet. They are all local talents.
So here I am dancing around my office, feeling the music. It is a beautiful sunny day and I am feeling good and it's only Tuesday!
Does your city have entertainment throughout the summer months for the tourists? We have a lot of cruise ships come into port so they have various entertainment venues throughout the city.
Hope everybody else is having a day as awesome as I am. Now to get back to my dancing!

I am a city girl, but live in a very rural area now. I have the cows, chickens and horses for entertainment.

Oh I have my own office. I don't very often see people throughout the day. It is my lunch hour now anyway so nobody will be around. I have a door closed anyway. :)

@Happy2BeMe No, it's not fun at all. As soon as you walk outside, your skin gets all clammy from the humidity. It makes you feel like you have to go take a shower.

It is not fun being outside if the weather is too hot. It's best to stay inside where it is cooler.

Not open like that... Some weekends, they will have festivals and/or local bands playing...but not all summer long.

We don't have something close of a tourist attraction area here. But we experience parades from the month of january to april, depending on the event, it was nice to watch though.

My small town has nothing vut a few stores and a gas station, we are close to the QEW (Ontario's major highway) so all we hear are sirens once in a while that lets us know there was a crash nearby... When the fair comes to town later in the fall we can hear lots of music!... Your office across the courtyard sound delightful - you go dance girl!
