Firm Faith

Today I witness how powerful faith is when I watch the firm «Invictus». Faith is something you believe deeply without doubts, no matter what others critic, laugh, treat it, it still in firm place, even becomes firmer. It exists for you believing it, words and actions guided by it. Mandela, the South Africa’s president, is a hero, who liberates his nation and makes his country get independence in a peaceful way. During being in charge, he called for using forgiveness and peace to solve the worse problems day by day, racial discrimination, high crime rate, big gap between poor and rich and all rest. Most of people cannot understand his behaviors, suspect his ability to run a country, even some of them wait for seeing his joke, threat him. But he never gave up to anyone, at anytime, never! With his convictions and continuously efforts, the captain of a football team was inspired and encouraged his team-member at the key point. Finally they won the match at the world cup, which represented the highest honor to South Africa. With faith, we never fail, sometimes maybe we fail in an exam, in a match, in a bad relationship, but we never fain in our hearts, in our souls. We are valiant fighters, we never be conquered. Faith to Mandela is peace, and I'd like to know what is your faith ? How it helps you in your life?

Invictus is an inspiring word, an inspiring and profound use by Nelson Mandela - it means undefeated - if you read the poem it will give you more clarity

I could go on for many paragraphs. The bottom line: treat others as if they are not "others."
