One of the reasons I like it so much here on MyLot is the various personalities and differences that there are here. It is one of the best things about this site. It allows you to be you.
I am impressed by the different styles of writing and the unique people that I have met here.
I think it is such an important thing to be yourself. Dare to be different. Express yourself in your own unique way.
I will leave you with this thought:
"Champion the right to be yourself; dare to be different and to set your own pattern; live your own life and follow your own star.” by Wilfred Peterson.
Isn't it wonderful that we all participate on a site that allows us to be who we are?

Yes it is, and earn extra money doing it. We're pretty spoiled.

@CinnamonGrl that's true, the money does add a bit of attraction to the equation.

@crazyhorseladycx I don't understand why that happens. I wonder if maybe they either don't know who they are or are afraid to be who they are.

@crazyhorseladycx Maybe they are but I suspect that there are one or two that make themselves out they are letting out the personality of someone they would like to be.

Sites like these are like the Olympic games. Living proof that there can be peace in diversity. In fact, I believe if it weren't for corruption in governments, there could be peace around the world and the people handing out the Nobel Peace Prize would have to give the awards to everybody!

Something that I will be never be different on is taking pride in being different. I concur with the sentiment of this post. Especially, from a world that wants everyone to think the same.

@crossbones27 I have never wanted to be a carbon copy of someone else. It is our differences that make us the unique people that we are.
