Why do girls like boys who are flirting with them?

Sometimes I do see some boys using double meaning things to girls and also naughty things to the girls openly and some of the girls do like them. Sometimes I do wonder why girls like boys who flirt with them more than the boys who behave in a good manner?

Well teenage girls actually like more of the Open boys. Boys that know how to treat them. Hug, kiss in public. Flirt with them. Make them like they are the most beautiful girl in the world. And quiet boys, there is always not fun being with them.. I mean according to most of the teenage girls. That's the reason why they mostly go after the 'bad-boys'.
With time, they will start growing up, and learn the real meaning of love. I can't think of a real love on the age of 15/16.

Because those girls(who are also a flirt) know very well that those boys can be treated as temporary options and can easily be parted at any point of time without any clues.It is never possible in case of well mannered serious minded boys who generally search for a true life partner in a girl instead of a flirt.
