I am fasting and dieting for weight loss

As I had said previously, I am overweight and is around 107 kg, which is very obese and I need to lose weight. I have started fasting and dieting for weight and loss. I am planning to add walking also in the evening for weight loss.
Do you have some good tips for weight loss?

Anytime I have dieted in the past, I find the best way for me is to just eat smaller portions of what I normally eat. I do not skip meals.

I am with you. I have my wedding in three months and I am somewhat reaching your weight. I am starting with diet as well. My plan is to drink vegetable juice in morning, one boiled egg in the afternoon with little carbs and some vegetable of my choice. I want to keep my lunch heavy. I am planning to have a fruit in evening with either green tea or chamomile tea. And before bed a cup of warm milk. I want to continue this for three months without any cheat days. I really hope to keep it up. Don't you think it will be great if we accompany each other? To motivate and keep up.

Walking is a very good exercise. Are you on a specific diet program? Or you're just abstaining from certain food?

Sugar from fruit can shut down fat burning. This can increase your hunger and slow your weight loss. For best results avoid fruit – or enjoy it occasionally.try to avoid it.

Fasting alone dosent help you need to workout for atleasr 1 hour this my personal advice.
