how can i lose my weight

Hello friends this year my weight so grow and then i feel so heavy. last month i start up exercise and other morning walk but my weight was not to lose that . any one idea how can lose my weight in few time please share with my those you know anything about this.

Stop using refined carbohydrates. Instead of using Refined white sugar, Use raw sugar (It is light brown in color) Instead of eating white rice, Eat brown rice. Instead of using white flour use wholewheat flour, Tapioca flour or cricket flour.

I'm overweight myself - whatever diet / exercise you get involved with it will amount to eat less and do more - good luck and don't let worry about your weight /appearance stress you out

Walk. Exercise, run and also do meditation. that helps during the weight loss a lot.

If you are eating rice , eat only aboutone half cup , specially at night . And of course eat in moderation for all those foods .

Increase your protein intake, reduce your carbs incl fruit and veg. Diet is 85% of weightloss/gain/maintain.
