Its Good When You Have Nap

Napping is good, many people say. It refreshes your brain and rejuvenates you. It actually increase your quality and productions by 30 percent. But of course, napping is during afternoon and not in the morning. No napping in the morning. So, when you feel you are tired or just had a late night sleeping. Take a 10 to 30 minutes of sleeping. I know a friend who nap for 5 minutes and its good. He wake up just before the set alarm in his cellphone. Of course, napping is different from sleeping.

I love napping with my 1 year old, we cuddle up and ignore everything else but being together for a nap

Nap is a short period of sleep. It is also called as siesta or daytime sleep. Sometimes I nap, but if i have many works to finish, I can't nap even if i want to.

I do agree. I usually take a nap while in my workplace when it breaks. I feel the energy was regain and ready to continue the job desk

the problem with me when I try to get a nap, it makes me more sleepy and that 30 minutes could extend to 3 hrs. Lol!

That is the least nap I can get in the afternoon. You are correct its the least we need to have in napping.
