I am working in a company which have to call foreign comapany sometimes. Unfortunately, my oral English is so poor that I have even no courage to open my mouth. What can i do to open my mouth? Are there someone can give me some suggestions? I will appreciate it very much.

@xiaoyujiayou Maybe you should just search for English grammar lessons on the net .
Anyway , here you will learn as you interact .

Try downloading the app, Duolingo. I actually just downloaded it now to learn French and it has levels and in case you are not yet that good, they have beginner levels available.

Have you tried taking conversational English courses? Now you can even take online lessons through Skype, etc. If you have friends who are native speakers, you can practice with them too. Good luck!

Get a training. Or you can practide yourself by facing the mirror and start to talk to yourself like you are talking with your client.

Practice makes the perfect. Most Chinese are fine with reading and probably written English. But we are not so good with listening and spoken English. Since we don't grow up in an English environment. But today due to the internet, it is easier to practise spoken English. You can try to find a foreign friend who can speak in English with you.
