In the 23rd Chapter of Matthew, Jesus is blasting the three prominent religious groups, the Scribes, Sadducees and the Pharisees of his day because of their misrepresenting him and his heavenly Father. They, God and His son, Jesus have not changed their viewpoint about false religion today that misrepresents them and God's Word the Bible (Malachi 3:6)(Titus 1:2)( Matthew 15:6).
Hypocrites, blind guides, whitewashed graves, serpents, and offspring of vipers are the infamous titles that Jesus gave those wicked religious leaders of his day.... Nothing has changed, as a matter of fact things have gotten worse within the "walls" of false religion.... The Bible warns honest hearted ones to get out of "her", false religion, so as not to be apart of "her" destruction (Revelation 18:1-4).....

Thank you for posting this. I do like your posts and the effort you put into this. Feel free to comment anything you might be thinking. I know it is not for the money you do this but you have found a place where people gather and many of them are good folks.
I know what you are referring to. I could write only agreements and praise your efforts to bring some truths out and publish them but would you want only this?
What you say is true. False religion has always been around and still is today. People should be aware of this.
Will you also consider another point? I know you have meant organized religions in the world with your posting but I'll ask you to think of the verses in Matthew 15 as Jesus directing his words not just to religious leaders of that time but to everyone. Everyone that listens. He used the bible too, the words of Isaiah a prophesy.
"These people draw near to me with their mouth and they honor me with their lips
but their heart is far away from me and so in vain they worship me. They do dictate a doctrine - but those are the laws of men."
This tells me that regardless... it doesn't matter if anyone is right or wrong or has correct knowledge or not or is even wise or not as much as what really matters to God. Where is the heart?
God does see.

You're welcome and thank you for appreciating my posts. I absolutely agree with you @Bluedoll, it does matter to God what's in a person's heart when it comes to having a real love for Him, His son Jesus, and for the Bible. And yes, you are correct, I am not on MyLot for the "pocket change".However,I do enjoy interacting with other MyLotters irregardless whether it concerns religion or not. My motives and desire is to share Bible truths with others just as you've stated.
@Bluedoll I know my audience will be limited, my post will be frowned upon, and disputed because many do not want to hear or read about anything pertaining to the Bible, God or His son, Jesus. I realize that this type of "opposition" goes with the "territory" as a matter of fact I would be surprised if I didn't recieve some form of resistance to the Bible based message I present on MyLot and social media sites.
What I have come to learn and appreciate is that it also matters to God that we obey His loving laws, commandments and principles. It is just not enough to show kindness to our fellowman, or do good deeds toward others. One must not have their own agenda or brand of religion and decieve ourselves into believing that this is "all" that God expects of me.
Most religion today have their own traditions (agenda) and by-laws concerning their religion and beliefs. Sadly their "agenda" in light of the Bible does not meet up with Bible standards and as a result are rejected by God (Mark 7:13, Matthew 7:21-23)....
The question is: How can sincere hearted ones actually know how to please God? How can a person know the way God expects us to worship Him?
(1) Zephaniah 2:2,3
(2) John 17:3
(3) Colossians 3:5-10
(4) Acts 3:19
(5) John 13:35
These verses are key "ingredients" to pleasing God. Not only that these verses are key in drawing close to God, which inturn causes God to draw close to us (James 4:8)...I would be amiss, if I didn't mention or recommend Jehovah's Witnesses free/no obligation home Bible Study, which can assist sincere, honest hearted, humble ones onto the road to everlasting life..... I have been a JW since the year 1980 and I have not looked back or regretted my choice.
Thank you again for your kind response, its very much appreciated.

@itslikethistome My time is my own too.
In regards to a religion, in my mind our belief is our religion.
People do not always habitat organized/registered/worldly religions. I have both respect and admiration for what other people do. Religious organizations can be very instrumental in charity and spreading God’s word.
But I also see religion can describe our personal belief as something which exists on an individual basis when it deals with God.
The theme of this lovely post about God’s disgust with falsehoods, I think can apply to every person as an individual. If a man continues to violently beat his wife because he doesn’t like her choice of head garment or lack of can not meet with God’s approval? While a red man that lived centuries ago on the plains of North America who listened to nature and displayed love for his family just might.
In the end it is up to God to decide what is favoured by God and not worldly organizations. Though religion can be a large benefit to people the one true religion will always be in the heavens. Jesus I think said I am the truth.

Please do have reverence for God and observe his authority because this why we were assembled. God will be so kind and so very loving as to mediate everything we do whether it is good or bad, even things done in secret.” - Ecclesiastes 12:12-14
