i don't know about better but the aint useful to me...so i don't think it makes anything better to me

@jateennilcamal - Unless it's something physical like a problem with their brain, people who are depressed get depressed mainly because of what they're thinking about it. Since that's the source of what's bothering them. So it seems logical to change what you're thinking about. It's not easy. But you have to replace those thoughts. If you don't get rid of the thoughts you will sink deeper and deeper into that black hole and lose yourself completely. So unless the thoughts that are making you depressed are actually helping stop what's making you feel depressed, then the thinking is not changing anything for the better for you. You have to choose. Do you want to stay depressed and live in a black hole forever? Or do you want to climb out of that hole and enjoy your life? It's a short life. You have to make a decision as quick as possible otherwise your life will be over!

Do not overthink. Just chill and feel happy with yourself. Things will come and go. Have an apple or banana. Dark chocolate can also help. Go for shopping.
