I Can't Believe I Forgot...

The other day I made some bread. The recipe is the same that I use most of the time. I guess it's been a while since I made bread though. Usually when I make bread, I make 2 loaves at a time. The recipe I have I have penciled in for a batch that would make 2 loaves. I was mixing my flour and yeast and water together when I realized I only used enough water for a single loaf of bread!! So I added the extra water to the flour yeast and water mixture!! I can't believe I doubled every thing but the water!! It actually turned out fluffier than it usually does. The one time that a "mistake" that I fixed worked out!! lol Now, I have to work on the jelly as it is like water still!! ~Peace~ photo is mine

Homemade bread is the best. That looks really good. Glad it all worked out.

It is a good thing that everything turned out all right. Never made bread myself.

I dont know why but l do get the mixture wrong almost every 4th time i make bread, this is because i do not use any measurement, everything is done and measured by eyes.Mostly it`S missing enough yeast. But i do love my bread to be fluffy

It still looks delicious. As the song goes, "even the best fall down sometimes." Even if we're already so good at what we do, we still commit mistakes and that's practically normal. :)
