Eating non veg food.

Is it safe to eat non-veg food like Goat,Lamb,Beef which come under the class of red meat any suggest.

You can try....just make sure you cook it well. Personally I don't like red meat...I get what I need from chicken and eggs.

@victor32 Beef, Horse and dolphins are red meat and they were eaten a lot in Japan over chicken. There are some good red meats like Grass fed beef, Buffalo, Ostrich, Goat,Rhea and Bison. Its okay as long as in moderation.

Of course not.If one studies the anatomy of human body,they will get to know that our intestine patterns are meant to consume veg foods only.Cannibals on the other hand have a different intestine set up that facilitates non veg food consumption.I personally prefer veg food because i don't like innocent butchery of animals just for the sake of satisfying our taste buds for few moments.

I read about this too. though I do eat eggs n chicken..properly cooked. I have tried the others...but i didn't like it much.
