How come weekends seem quicker to end than workdays? I know that workdays have of course has a greater count than weekends. I just want to stretch my weekends longer. Good thing tomorrow is a holiday here but man! Time flies when you are having fun.

I hate how fast the weekends fly by and my children go back to school.

It's like the clock has two speeds, one for when you are working it crawls and one for when you are having fun it races. Although saying that time is flying past extremely quickly, I cannot believe we are nearly into September and already the nights are drawing in and it won't be long before we are talking about Halloween and Christmas. I always wished that we had three days off and four days working, you know like an extended weekend. We are fortunate in the UK in that this Monday, 29th August is a holiday, so it will be a three day weekend, sadly we don't get that many three day weekends in a calendar year and they too come round too quickly.
