Its raining and this is the best time to plant a tree. Today, my son VJ planted a seedling of mango tree in our backyard. He is accompanied by his younger sibling Jaeden and Lian. It was just supposed to be VJ only planting the seedling but his two younger brother and sister wanted to participate also.
Armed with the shovel and the scythe, he planted the mango tree in the backyard. We know it will grow fast because today is cool and wet day.
The planting of the seedling is a project they should do as part of their class project. They need to plant and show it to their teacher.
A laudable activity of the school because they are teaching the students about global warming.

What an excellent role model you are to your son, it's a pity more fathers couldn't do the same with their children, it teaches them how things grow and they learn to appreciate nature and where things coming from, they can learn so much from this activity alone. They can then watch and observe how it grows and it gives them a sense of responsibility too! In getting involved with your children's teachings it can help accelerate their learning.

Hope the seedling would grow up to become a mighty tree, your children will remember you for what you did today until they grow old

When that tree bears fruit, it will be him that could say its his effort that brought that tree.
