Music Makes me Relax...! / myLot

I'm spending such a busy life, sometimes I don't even have time to eat or sleep.... But thanks to modern technology, I could listen to music while working. My smart phone helps me on that.... MUSIC..... that makes me relax.. Helps me to get rid of tiredness.... I can live without eating or sleeping, but without music.....I don't think so.... What about you guys????

uumm , I don't think anyone can live without eating or sleeping

but yes I think music is great for our well being

It's true. Music really does help to reduce stress and tiredness. I often listen to music when I am depressed or want to relax. And I have to say that I am so happy to see another member from Sri Lanka.

I love listening to music as it relaxes me also. I need it too when I am stressed or have anxiety. I used to hear music on my ear phones but the volume is so loud my ears started making weird noise. Nowadays I listen the regular way.

Anything except Jazz n Pop... They makes terrible headache with sounds. Classical the most... I like Hindi songs alot. Enrique, Mark Anthony, Brian Adams, are some of my fav artists...
