Awful Youtube suggested videos tab / myLot

I just watch a video interview of a woman who works as a butcher. Out of a sudden I have the most traumatizing thumbnail in my life. A thumbnail of a dead woman being autopsied is on my suggestion tab. For some unknown reason the keywords "female butcher" the video uploader used triggered the thumbnail of a dead woman with a literally opened chest as a suggestion. Who the hell uploads autopsy videos and dissection videos on YouTube. Why the hell are they allowed.

Who the Hell goes to Youtube to watch an actual autopsy. I am just watching video of people vlogging about their jobs. I don't deserve these suggestions. I am not interested on autopsy videos. How the Hell a video of a woman sharing her life in a meat factory ends up giving me autopsy videos as suggestions.

Oh wow that is horrible I wouldn't be happy about that all. Yeah I don't understand some of their suggestions. You should report it to youtube and let them know about it.

OMG! I would have flagged it. I am not interested to see those scary video as well. I hope it's gone now.

Lot of related videos are often not related at all.

I don't mind them as long as they don't show traumatizing thumbnails. Here am i avoiding the deepweb but for some reason sick videos are in mainstream internet like Youtube.
