Pork chop-Suey for dinner!

For the longest time now we haven't had any chop-suey, my wife and I, so this morning we decided we would make some for dinner, so we did and it was awesome, we really enjoy our dinner this evening, I think I might have seconds for my later.
I love pork! How about you?
