I was reading Jessa Lyn challenge on the Suddendeath of Summer in the North and decided I would need to give it a try. My version might just be a little strange.
@Jessicalynnt - Today’s words are: warm, cool, turning, shorter, leaves
'twas the saddened turning tide,
that made the nights shorter
far up in the North.
'twas the fresh cool air
and the leaves falling down
causing a sad frown.
'twas the warm rays of sun
beating down like a drum
arriving in the South.
'twas summer taking a trip
from the North to the South
on Earthly little skip!
Hope you enjoyed!
