Changing My Profile Photo

I decided to change my profile photo today for a new look in my profile. I hope it's a change for the best and not for the worst . You know, I have a hard time changing it. I don't know why since this is my first time. I thought I could not have a new photo in my profile. Good thing, it works after trying it many times. Do you change your profile photo? How often?
