When you feel burning inside, Just live the room before you end up having an innocent person as shock absorber. you can also drink cold water to calm your self down.

I think it depends on whether you're angry at the world in general or a particular situation or person.

right..i think i have some angry for some particular persons who disappoint me a lot..

Anger is best let out because if you keep it in like I did (for 8 years) it creates a demonic energy in your body. So unless you want to become a demon lord for a few years, it's better to let it out when you feel the burning.
By the time I was releasing it all, I would use the negative feelings and anger as weapons and cause natural disasters around the world. There's something soothing about it. :P
