Crash! Bang!

I was sitting here a little while ago, thinking to myself what a gorgeous evening it's been and how peaceful. When suddenly I heard quite a large crash!
The funny part of this story is that my cat had been sleeping on the floor under one of the windows. She jumped up and got into the window to see what was going on outside! roflmao!!!!! I came up behind her to see. I saw a car going slowly down the street and then it stopped, someone got out and came walking back toward the building. A woman at a car in front of our building was calling out, "Are you okay?" And that's all I heard (I'm 13 floors up, so I can't hear everything! lol)
So I know some kind of car accident has happened in front of the building. I hope they call the police, just to get a report. Hope no one was drunk. If it wasn't so late, I might be nosy enough to go down and have a look, but I'll stay up here away from whatever is going on down there. I just hope no one got hurt!

hopefully nobody 'twas injured. i'm sure that did startle the cat.

@CRK109 the cat here'd certainly do such. oh wait, she did when the curtain fell down'n the laundry room! i've claw marks to prove such....sigh.

from the sound of the crash (and it sounded very loud from up here!), someone very well could have gotten hurt. But I haven't heard any sirens or anything so I think everyone is okay.
